Let’s Get Physical

Do you tighten up physically when playing music? Do you ever get sore autoharp
muscles? First we will do some simple movement to encourage you to release those
muscles that get tight when playing, specifically the neck, shoulders, and arms. Then
we will explore some moves that you can do to help strengthen a common weak
muscle that autoharpists use a lot, the rotator cuff.
